For advertisers

Buy the moment they cannot look away.

AdWait places one clearly labeled ad in the corner of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Replit and five more AI tools, during the seconds a person is watching a response generate. You are billed on viewable impressions only, and half of what you pay goes to the person who watched.

The placement

One ad. The only thing on screen worth looking at.

  • Appears only while the model is generating, in a corner the user chose.
  • Labeled "Ad · AdWait", rendered in an isolated container that never covers the page's own content or controls.
  • Disappears the moment the response finishes.
  • No autoplay, no sound, no interstitials, no retargeting pixels.
  • The user earns 50% of what you paid, so attention here is willing rather than resented.

What you are buying

A viewable impression, defined precisely.

At least50% of the ad visible
For at least1 continuous second
In theactive browser tab
StandardIAB display viewability
Anything short of that is not billed, not counted, and not credited to the user either.

Most display inventory bills on served impressions and reports viewability afterwards. AdWait counts only the impressions that met the bar in the first place, because the same measurement decides what the person watching gets paid. The incentive to inflate does not exist: every fake impression would cost us a real payout.

  • Bring your own measurement. If your numbers and ours disagree, we reconcile to yours.
  • Minimum-viewable-time reporting is included, not an upsell.
  • Background tabs, scrolled-away cards and sub-second flashes are all excluded automatically.
Rate card

Prepaid pilots. One rate.

Every pilot runs at $8 CPM, billed against viewable impressions. Campaigns run until the purchased volume is delivered. Nothing auto-renews and nothing expires.

Entry test
$100
12,500 viewable impressions
  • The smallest honest read on whether this audience responds to you.
  • Same targeting, same reporting, same placement as the standard pilot.
  • Good for a single creative and a single landing page.

$200
25,000 viewable impressions
  • Enough volume for a readable result rather than a rounding error.
  • Room to rotate two creatives and compare them.
  • Full reach and frequency reporting at completion.

Larger volumes, longer flights, or exclusive placement during a launch window: write to [email protected] and we will quote it.

Who sees it

People who use AI tools heavily enough to install something that pays them for waiting: developers, builders, founders, writers, students.

ChatGPT · Claude (chat, Code, Design) · Gemini
Perplexity · Grok · DeepSeek · Copilot
Replit Agent · Base44

Agent sessions on Replit, Base44 and Claude Code run for minutes at a time, which is the longest attention window on the network.

What you get back
  • Viewable impressions delivered, by day.
  • Reach: how many distinct people saw you.
  • Frequency: how often each of them did.
  • Total viewable time your creative held.
  • An invoice that reconciles to the same numbers.

We do not track clicks. Put your own UTM parameters on the destination URL and measure the outcome on your side, where it belongs.

Send whatever you have. If you do not have a creative sized for this, say so in the form and we will lay one out from your existing brand assets at no charge.

How booking works
  • 1. You send the form below or email [email protected].
  • 2. We reply with an invoice (Wise) and a creative checklist, usually same day.
  • 3. Payment clears, creative goes in, campaign goes live.
  • 4. You get a mid-flight check-in and a full report at completion.
  • 5. Renew, adjust, or walk away. Prepaid means there is nothing to cancel.
Straight answers

The questions buyers actually ask.

How big is the audience right now?

AdWait is new, and we will tell you the real number when you ask rather than a range designed to impress. That is exactly why the entry pilot exists at $100: the correct way to evaluate a young network is a small prepaid test with honest reporting, not a media kit. If we cannot deliver your volume in a reasonable window, we will tell you before invoicing.

Is this brand safe?

Your ad appears on nine mainstream AI tools and nowhere else. There is no user-generated content around it, no comment section, and no adjacent inventory. One ad renders at a time, always labeled, always in an isolated container that cannot cover the page's own interface.

Do you track clicks or conversions?

No. A click opens your site in a new tab and we record nothing about it. Tag your destination URL and measure on your own analytics. We would rather report five numbers we can stand behind than fifteen we cannot.

Can I verify the impression counts?

Yes, and we would prefer you did. Run your own viewability measurement on the creative. Billing reconciles to verified counts, and if your numbers are lower than ours, yours win.

Is there a frequency cap?

Not currently, and that is deliberate on a network this size: repetition is how a small audience produces a readable result, and the person watching is paid for every impression. You get full reach and frequency reporting, so you can judge the tradeoff yourself and we will cap on request.

Who is behind this?

AdWait is built and run by Tommy Kang, a solo founder. You deal with him directly: the person who answers your email is the person who runs your campaign and writes your report. If you want the exact rules an impression has to pass before you are billed for it, ask and you will get them in writing.
