1Who you are dealing with

AdWait is operated by Seojin (Tommy) Kang, a sole proprietor trading as AdWait ("AdWait", "we"). When AdWait incorporates, the counterparty on these terms will become that company and this page will be updated. Contact for anything in this document: [email protected].

2What AdWait is

AdWait is a free Chrome extension that shows one clearly labeled ad in a corner of supported AI websites while a response is generating, and credits you 50% of the advertising revenue for every ad you genuinely see. A view counts when the ad is at least 50% visible, in the active tab, for at least one continuous second. When no advertiser campaign is live, the card says so and nothing accrues.

3Agreeing to these terms

By installing or using the extension you agree to these terms. By requesting a payout you confirm that agreement explicitly. If you do not agree, do not use AdWait, and uninstall it if you have.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to accrue a balance or request a payout. AdWait pays real money and supports cryptocurrency, and neither is appropriate for minors.

4Earnings and balances

The balance in the extension is an estimate until it is reconciled against advertiser-verified impression counts. Reconciliation happens at payout review and can adjust a balance. The value of a view depends on which campaigns are live at that moment; there is no fixed rate, no minimum earnings, and no guarantee that ads will be available at any given time.

AdWait is pocket money for time you were already spending. It is not an income program, and nothing on our pages should be read as a promise of earnings.

5Your earnings key

Your identity in AdWait is a random install ID, shown in the popup as your earnings key. It is a bearer credential: anyone who has it can direct the balance attached to it. Keep it private. If you lose it, the balance attached to it cannot be recovered, and we cannot verify ownership claims for a key we never linked to a person.

6Cash-outs

• The minimum payout is $5.00. A claim requests your full available balance.
• You choose a destination when you claim: an email address (delivered as a Tremendous reward link, redeemable as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, US bank transfer, or a virtual Visa card) or a USDC wallet address on the Base network. Available methods can vary by region.
• For email payouts, the reward provider's delivery fee is deducted from your claimed balance. For USDC, blockchain network conditions may affect the amount received.
• Every claim is reviewed by a person, and payment typically arrives within about 3 days of the claim.
• Cryptocurrency transfers are final and irreversible. If you provide a wrong or incompatible address, the funds cannot be recovered. USDC is sent on the Base network only.
• Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility. Where the law requires it, we may ask for tax information (for example a W-9 or W-8 form) before paying, and may report payments to tax authorities.

7What is not allowed

The system counts real attention from real people using AI tools for real reasons. You may not:

• simulate, spoof, or manipulate a website's generation state, page content, or the extension itself so that ads display or continue displaying outside genuine use;
• use bots, scripts, or automation to generate, view, or record impressions;
• run multiple installs, browser profiles, or devices for the purpose of multiplying earnings;
• interfere with serve tokens, the API, or any anti-fraud mechanism, or probe them beyond ordinary use;
• provide false information in a payout claim, or claim a balance that is not yours;
• use AdWait for anything unlawful.

8The service, as it really is

• AdWait is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
• The supported websites are not ours. They change their pages without notice, and detection on any of them can break at any time. We fix breakage as we find it, and we do not owe compensation for downtime or missed impressions.
• We may add, change, or remove supported websites and features, and may modify or discontinue the service. If AdWait shuts down, we will make reasonable efforts to let users with balances of $5 or more cash out first.
• AdWait is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI, DeepSeek, Microsoft, Replit, Base44, or any other website it runs on. Their names belong to their owners and are used only to say where the extension works.

9Privacy

What AdWait records and what it never reads is covered in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. The short version: no account, no reading of your prompts or responses, and a payout destination is collected only when you cash out.

10Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: AdWait is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for anything arising out of the service is capped at the greater of your unpaid reconciled balance or $20. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11For advertisers

Advertiser campaigns are governed by the rate card and definitions on the advertise page plus the invoice you receive, and the following:

• Campaigns are prepaid and billed against viewable impressions as defined on the advertise page. Nothing auto-renews.
• We may decline or remove any creative at our discretion, with a refund of undelivered volume.
• If we cannot deliver your purchased volume in a reasonable window, undelivered impressions are refundable on request.
• Billing reconciles to verified counts. If your own viewability measurement reports fewer impressions than ours, we bill to yours.
• We do not guarantee clicks, conversions, or any business outcome.

12Ending things

You can stop any time by uninstalling the extension. Uninstalling does not delete a server-side balance; your earnings key can restore it on a new install. We may suspend or terminate service to an install that violates these terms, and balances attributable to violations are handled under section 7.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the version and effective date at the top change, and material changes will be noted on this site. Using AdWait after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the extension and cash out any eligible balance.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes belong to the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived. This section will be revisited when AdWait incorporates.

15Odds and ends

If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term today does not waive it tomorrow. These terms plus the privacy policy and the payment and advertise pages they reference are the whole agreement between us about AdWait.
